  1. Who said anything about miniature golf?

That course is a world class course... all 18 holes of it.

The 19th "trick" hole as you call it is NOT part of the tournament round, but an extra "just for fun" hole that you can play (optional) at no additional cost (including the helicopter ride) when your done with the 18.

I think its brilliant - something different and fun.

  2. I think you should just use Firefox and forget IE. Make Firefox your default browser and you need never worry again.

Unless you visit one of the thousands of websites that only support IE and just dont run for shit under FireFox.

I do like FireFox better then IE... but IE is still a necessary evil - in some cases it is needed.

If you want something faster (but without many features at all, and does not work on all websites), try Google Chrome - I love it so far. Very very fast and simple.

  3. Glad to help mate...

If you have high speed internet you can prevent that from happening again by changing:

    Tools:

    Internet Options

    Under "Browsing History" click "Settings"

Change the Radio Button list to "Every Time I Visit The Webpage"

Change "Disk Space to Use" to "50" or less.

This will stop your computer from caching files... Caching is good if you are on dialup, or have connectivity problems, but for high speed connections turning it off is actually faster.

  4. IE 8 is a Beta Software.

It is not intended for those that are not PC savvy lol - on top of that, its Microsoft... which means that even when its ready for release, it will have bugs... and this one is still in beta, meaning its not yet ready for release. :)

I would revert back to 7 if I were you... or Firefox. Both are stable and work well with these forums.

  5. A new teacher was trying to make use of her psychology courses. She started her class by saying, "Everyone who thinks they're stupid, stand up!" After a few seconds, Little Johnny stood up. The teacher said, "Do you think you're stupid, Little Johnny?" "No, ma'am, but I hate to see you standing there all by yourself!"

    ----

Little Johnny goes to school, and the teacher says, 'Today we are going to learn multi-syllable words, class. Does anybody have an example of a multi-syllable word?'

Little Johnny waves his hand, 'Me, Miss Rogers, me, me!'

Miss Rogers:'All right, little Johnny, what is your multi-syllable word?'

    Little Johnny says, 'Mas-tur-bate.'

Miss Rogers smiles and says, 'Wow, little Johnny, that's a mouthful.'

Little Johnny says, 'No, Miss Rogers, you're thinking of a blowjob".

    ----

Little Johnny was sitting in class one day. All of the sudden, he needed to go to the bathroom. He yelled out,"Miss Jones, I need to take a piss!!"

The teacher replied, "Now, Johnny, that is NOT the proper word to use in this situation. The correct word you want to use is 'urinate.'

Please use the word 'urinate' in a sentence correctly, and I will allow you to go."

Little Johnny thinks for a bit, then says, "You're an eight, but if you had bigger tits, you'd be a ten!!!"

    ----

Little April was not the best student in Sunday school.

Usually she slept through the class.

One day the teacher called on her while she was napping, "Tell me, April, who created the universe?"

When April didn't stir, little Johnny, a boy seated in the chair behind her, took a pin and jabbed her in the rear. "GOD ALMIGHTY!" shouted April and the teacher said, "Very good" and April fell back asleep.

A while later the teacher asked April, "Who is our Lord and Saviour," But, April didn't even stir from her slumber. Once again, Johnny came to the rescue and stuck her again. 'JESUS CHRIST!" shouted April and the teacher said, "very good," and April fell back to sleep.

Then the teacher asked April a third question. "What did Eve say to Adam after she had her twenty-third child?" And again, Johnny jabbed her with the pin. This time April jumped up and shouted, "IF YOU STICK THAT F*****G THING IN ME ONE MORE TIME, I'LL BREAK IT IN HALF AND STICK IT UP YOUR ARSE!"

A boy sitting on Santas lap and Santa puts his finger on the boys nose and says "I bet your name is (spells out ) J i m m y ?"

The little boys eyes light up and Santa puts his finger on the boys nose again and says " I bet you want a (spelled out ) b i k e ?"

Little Jimmys eyes light up and he asks "How'd you know that ?"

Santa replied "Because I'm Santa I know everything".

Little Jimmy gets a funny look in his eye and says "I bet you like (spells out ) g i r l s ?"

Santa says "Yes, how'd you know that ?" The boy says " Beacause your finger smells like P U S S Y !"

  6. Absolutely rent.

I am renting now, and am 8 months in after moving here, and I have no regrets at all.

No matter how much time you spend here on Holiday, your views of the areas change significantly after you move here.. and those views will be important when deciding where you want to live. Rent for a year and then decide.

  7. Can you PM me the rest of the financial details, such as what the current costs per month are to operate, current average daily income, etc?

We are in the market for a laundry service, but had thought to start from the ground up... we may be interested in this. The price seems a bit low from the research I have been doing already - 3 "good" washers would cost that much alone.

  8. Sorry if you are American, But...

I do not think many Americans really realise that McCain & Bush were from the same side.

Um... Obviously you are not American.

Of COURSE McCain and bush were on the same side - their both republicans. Every American knows that.

McCain did his best to distance himself from bush, but they are in the same party, have the same financial backers and the same friends. They vote the same way on the same things, etc etc etc.

Of course the reverse is also true - Democrats all have the same backers, vote the same, etc etc etc. Thats just the way it is.

The point is... all Americans know that bush and McCain are on the same side of the fence, and that is exactly why the election went the way it did.

  9. I am at odds as to how to comment here....

I had a very similar experience on Loy krathong, over a hour for our food and it was not hot... but I wouldn't classify it as "stone cold" either tho. (Well, except the mashed potatoes - they were stone cold, and almost hard as a rock... the worst mashed potatoes I have ever had.... Pete, if you read this, check out the mashed taters at Hard Rock cafe sometime - they are absolutely top rate.... If you could match them, I would be back quite a bit more often than I am now).

I like the beer garden, and on most nights I think the food is top rate, but it does seem clear that, at least until Pete gets things sorted, it is a place to avoid on "big" days.

That said... I think I will head out there now for dinner lol. It shouldnt be too busy today, and they have the absolute best chicken cordon blu I have ever had :)
