I have seen things going on in Pandora's that caused me to blush, friendly without a doubt, in some cases folk end up happy as well

In truth Dog you should have realised that David would destroy a whole rack of ribs and still have space for more.
I'm getting hungry now , and those ribs look simply epic.
He did I sent around for another half rack when he started gnawing the bones 555

On the second floor of Big C North there used to be a printing shop with a girl that was red hot on the software and would follow your design instruction and ofthe print them there that day. Bit more expensive but at times worth it.
Now It is Central Mariana and they are no longer there does anyone know where they relocated to or of a similar printers?

Well I couldn't resist so the other evening I went to the Den Via Soi LengKee and found myself parking outside Smokin' Joe's. I have no intention of talking about the service other than in passing, nor the decor. I am going to stick to the.......Ribs
I have obviously eaten ribs in pattaya on several occasions sometimes as a meal and sometimes at an all you can eat ribs buffet. Not once have I found somewhere I would return to, sometimes I have just paid then got up and left others I have struggled through the first few and decided it was enough and left.
Leaving was the only thing in common with Smokin' Joe's this evening in that I almost had to leave the last two ribs as I was stuffed full. I ordered a half rack of Memphis ribs with the two sides being french fries and house salad. The ribs were the best I have ever had the pleasure of consuming in Thailand and indeed were on par with some of the best I have had in the USofA. The salad was excellent the chips ok I think, didn't eat many as I had no room for them.
I took a couple of pictures on my phone but everyone know about my photography Thinking I might be being to generous in my assessment I ordered the same to go for my manager David along with the Tennessee sauce. David was raised in the States and as a college linebacker has eaten his fair share of ribs, after he had licked the last one dry he declared them excellent and asked if I would go bring him some brisket
My half rack, the fork is there for comparison, they were about 8 inches across
Fries
Just to show the amount of meat
The finished article
I guarantee if the brisket and rest are to this standard this place will take off.

Aren't you on that soi?
The Devil's Den is.
Uh? Unsure ... Is it some kind of humour? or irony?
Always heard it was (one of?) the worse lineup of the Soi LK...
I am not a very humourous man, in the last month I had cause to visit virtually all the gogos on Soi LK Metro due to visiting friends from abroad. Having been here long enough to realise that things can change weekly we stopped off in most of the gogo's on each of the three occasions, Pandora's line up was in the top 3 on the Soi and 1st as regards girl's interaction on each visit. I cannot speak for what you have heard in the past only what we found on the days we were there.

Pandora's has consistently best line up on the Soi and after few LD drinks the girls become very-very interactive.

Where did you end up buying your steaks then?
Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
Foodland, American grade 5, we are known to the guys there and so they cut two full ones for my selection and then we showed him the thickness we wanted. He was moving the knife by mms so I had to take it from him and show him where to cut. They were good steak though as said pricey.

This place continues to shoot far above their price point, stopped by yesterday to refuel on my way to the Den and ordered this weeks set menu as seen above. Excellent value, 3 courses and a drink of choice, (wine, beer or soft drink). The Chef must know his stuff to keep turning out this quality of food at such a reasonable price point.

135 Farenheit is suggested for medium. Anything more than medium is probably not worth the trouble.
Agreed, especially as I prefer rare/mr subject to the quality of the steak
Dog, you know I like my steaks Medium, so all I can say is "thank you" in advance.
Yep that was the reason for the question, so I think we will start with 130 Fahrenheit for your first and ease you downwards towards the way steak should be eaten.

So cooking this way what internal Temp for a medium as opposed to a MR?

They have an internal staff administration problem and will no doubt be open shortly. Nothing whatsoever to do with unfounded comments about food poisoning.

Well tonight the lass has Labanoon booked, she started marketing it seriously about two weeks ago and at close of play last night we were three quarters booked with deposits or full payment. I have been holding my breath but its appears that I did not need to, as now she has a full house.
These bands are very expensive so usually small places such as ours, (we only hold a maximum of about 300 on a concert night), can seldom afford them. Having said that this is her 4th concert and two of the previous bands have made it known that they would like to return and will adjust their costs to help us do so.
This has not been an easy road for her but she has smiled throughout the difficult times so as to keep the staff motivated, despite a few tears she has kept on pushing and at last can feel the sun on her back again. Its been a dark journey she has had to walk, however I can see the growth in her.
She set out to have a live music venue with great Thai food where anyone could come and be welcome and not feel intimidated, she is almost there for those of you that have helped her along the way by coming and joining us for an evening I say thank you. To those of you that have yet to do so I say, step outside your comfort zone and give your Thai lady a night that will have her up dancing. By doing so you will also be helping to squash the old saying about needing a large fortune to end with a small one. If my lass with no formal education in her younger years can get up and do it then it proves anyone can, if they are willing to work hard and make a few sacrifices.
Hope to see more of you in the coming months, thanks again to those that have helped her along this road of discovery.

Hey Butch you can tell her we have not taken him out since she left as we are in mourning just waiting her return with Izzy in tow, (your presence is optional ) Yes we are pleased with the temple effect and it changes with the different light. Right now we are working on a photo backdrop of London.
