Bkk pickups are 1200baht, and return trips are 1000Baht. Its an extremely good service if you have a lot of luggage with you, and you can't beat using him more then once, as he always waits in the same spot. So after your first trip with him, you'll be outta the airport quick quick.

Sorry for the delay in getting back in, and filling in some blanks. Just got back from Laos last night. Yeah I chose to leave 3Som bar, didn't get fired or anything like that, just decided to move on to bigger and better things.
Starting next week, you can find me in NLD1 taking a spot on the team there for a bit. Along with my own hotel coming in the very near future, details on that as soon as I get the logistics sorted out.
Again, sorry for the delay guys. Too much running around and getting stuff sorted the past week or so.

I regret to inform all of our customers, that Mr. Dream's Transport service will be shutdown to all pickups for a period of 2-3 days from today. Our email account was hacked, and we have yet been able to resolve matters to date.
We are asking that all customers that have pickups arranged already, please forward your information to ackademik1@yahoo.com So that Jason might be able to relay the information to me personally.
Thank you in advance for your understanding, and we apologize for all delays or problems that this brief period of interruption on our part, might cause for those who have pickups arranged.
Again, as well, everyone please try and bump this to keep this at the top, as I do not want any people who already have rides arranged to miss the post if possible.
Our email mrdreamtransport@yahoo.com was hacked, and after dealing with yahoo for several hours, we have not been able to resolve anything. All airport pickups from the Dec.21st onwards, have been lost, due to us not being able to access the account.
We have however created a new email account- Mr.DreamTransport@yahoo.com as well as forwarding any pickup arrangements to Jason , or even pm'ing Jason on the forum. We severely apologize for all the trouble that this will cause, or any worry it puts on those who have rides arranged already. But please just forward your information to one of those 3 venues, and the pickups are confirmed for that time period, its just the actual dates, flight numbers, names, and time of arrival that we are without.
I apologize for the extra hassle again, in advance, but once we receive the information from you, that will be an automatic confirmation, and Mr. Dream will be awaiting you at the airport upon your arrival.

Having checked out all the stores before I actually bought the DVD's for 3Som, I know that Tesco was the cheapest, but Carrefour has the biggest selection.
And yes, you can find some really decent dvd players under 1000baht.

Also many thanks, to all who have been wishing me and Pang well. I know that we all figure that every marriage to a LOS girl, especially a former BG is never going to work out, but there are so many of us that attempt it anyways.
I may regret it in the future, but for now, I think that I am making the right choice as I know my missus actually does love me to death. Hence why I no longer pay visits to Soi6 lol.
But the party is going to be a grand one, celebrating two parties in one venue on one day. I expect everyone to be extremely intoxicated, myself included. We will be sure to have some sort of games going to have a good time!!!!

the room look pretty good at a good price, can you tell me if you have in room safety boxes?
Yes sir. All the rooms do have individual room safes. Rather then hiding them at the bottom of a cabinet, where they are somewhat hidden from view, even from you while you are sleeping and the TG's are perusing your rooms many time, we decided to take a different approach with the safes.
Our room safes are securely mounted to the solid concrete walls, and in plain sight in the rooms. We figure this actually serves as even more of a deterrent than hiding them for several reasons. The fact that they are out in the open, means that even if you were sleeping, a girl would still have to be in your line of sight to even attempt to play with the safes, so if you awoke, you would know exactly what they are doing.
As well, we have locking drawers, and cabinet doors, so you can fit the largest of laptops in these and still have the extra security. Between the keylock drawers and cabinets, and the plain view room safes, your belongings are completely secured.
and, do all the rooms have same room toliet with not seperated shower?All the rooms do have the single toilet / shower combination in them Jerry. We actually have some newer bathroom racks by the showers to hold the array of shampoos and body washes that the TG's will often have lol. In our deluxe rooms though there is enough room to separate the toilets from the showers with the shower curtains, which we will be adding shortly.
I am working on the logistics to have the bathrooms a little bit different then others in the similar styles. One possibility might be 2 shower curtains in the bathrooms, one separating the toilet from the shower, and the other separating the shower from the sink and the door leading back to the rooms. Trying to give everything a bit of a unique feel, while at the same time keeping everything extremely practical.

AMF, stands for Adios Mother Fucker. Our regular bar sell version of the drink, 1st one give you a serious buzz, 2nd one gets you drunk fast and hard, 3rd one, will put your lights out. This is in most peoples cases.
So we have cut back the amount of alcohol we use in the drink, making them slightly under half as strong as our regular House Special AMF's, to ensure that we will be able to have at least a few rounds to the contest, as well as for the safety of those participating, at many peoples requests not to use the full 3Som recipe's quantities, as it would just be too unsafe.
This is on its own, the most alcoholic drink in all of Thailand, but you will never even taste the alcohol in it, until the drink is gone and its effects have set in.
So whether you just want to stop by to try 1 or 2 for yourself, or you want to compete in the competition, the 27th will be a great day to come down and see what the drink is all about.!!!!!!!!!!

Ok pictures are up now, and sorry soi unwise lol, I did the post after work before I went to sleep yesterday, and had the monthly rates for one of the rooms in the weekly rate section.
The Deluxe rooms are 700baht per night, and 4200baht per week, monthly at 15,500baht. All corrected in the initial post along with the pictures. Sorry about that to all the rest of you guys too. I know I seen the pics in the preview, but they just didn't load I guess, and as for the mixup on the prices, I'll admit I was so tired I had double vision and had to fight to get the post done before I passed out for some long needed sleep.
But everyone that commented so far prior to me having the pics up and the correct prices lol, you all are welcome to come down and have a 100baht tab on my bin, free of charge, as I might not have even noticed the pics were missing and I had the prices wrong in the Deluxe and mid-sized sections. Thanks for your patience guys, and again, sorry for not re-checking my post. I hope that you all enjoy the pics, as well as the updates ones I will have coming in over the next day or two.
And I am also a true testament to this comment, don't sleep and type at the same time lol, I think in most cases though its don't drink and type more often then the lack of sleep
I do also have some long term rentals available as well starting from 12,500 up to 16,000. I have 3 units potentially available, but 2 open right now for sure. If interested then PM me, and I will shoot you some pics of the newly renovated, painted, and brand new furniture in these long-stay efficiency apartments. No lease required, can get more into specifics. Some of these LT rooms do include utilities, while we charge for the others, you are given the same rate as what we pay for the utilities. No multiplying the utilities times 2 or 3X as much as actual cost, you really do get the actual cost.

I have flown in on dec 30 a few times (old airport) and it used to be hell trying to get anyone to take you to patts.....and when you did get a taxi..they wanted stupid money like 2500.
i have no idea whether they will pull the same trick on your date. What your best bet is to book someone before hand. (probably cost 1000-1200).
Mr. Dream's Transport can take care of all of your pickup/dropoff, or just plain sightseeing and tour rides.
Your standard pickup from BKK to Patts would be 1200baht, and we guarantee that we will NEVER BE LATE, the drivers will often show up early in fact for return trips to the airports.
Now if you wanted to spend 2,500baht on an airport pickup, why not make it fun and try our VIP Pickup Service. Mr. Dream personally comes to pick you up an a extremely comfortable mini-van that seats 8, and he will bring along one of our ladies that you choose prior to the pickups. This will cover the ride, the barfine, and the lady taking the time to spend waiting at the airport with the driver, as well as helping you get settled in if you choose to invite the ladies up.
Similar services charge upwards of 10,000baht. While they do have blacked out vans, where the driver cannot see you behind the curtains, neither the driver or the girls will chance any problems during the drive. It is however, a comfortable way to make the time go by faster, no matter what time of day or night you get it, and have some excellent company in the process!!!

Ok boys and girls, and everything else in between!!! The date has been set, now who has the balls to stand up to the challenge?? The time and the date are now set. Dec.27th we'll start meeting up at 8-8:30, and the challenge will start at 9pm on the dot
I figure this will be the best time to host the event, as there will be the most BM's in town, and it does not interfere with any of the holidays or other parties or events. All we need now is self-nominations from any BM willing to compete. I figure if we get too many BM's wanting to take part in the challenge, then I will put up a poll to help wind it down to the top 10.
The rules are and will be as follows, with NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!
Each contender will be given 4 A.M.F.'s placed in front of them, these 4 drinks will make up each round. The first half
1.) All contenders will start drinking at the same time, and be given 40 minutes to complete the round of drinks. (More then enough time to allow the booze to kick in, and everyone to finish their drinks.)
2.) The competition will consist of 3 NORMAL ELIMINATION ROUNDS. Basically that means that if anyone stops drinking or gives up at any point in the first 3 rounds, its an automatic DQ. Same goes for loosing it in the bar!!
Before being allowed to enter into further rounds, all contestants will have to answer a few basic questions, ie. What is your name? Where are you From? Where are you now? This is to help determine if anyone is medically unfit to continue. If you can't answer shit like that, your already beyond hammered and have no business drinking any further tongue.gif
4.) THE KNOCKOUT ROUNDS will now take place, and will consist of 2-30 minute rounds. As with all the other rounds 4 A.M.F's will be given each round. This time however, each round will consist of some medial tasks that a 2-3 year old child can do in most cases. Such as insert the round peg into the round whole, shit that seems moronically simple when sober, but if anyone is still standing at this point, this shit will seem like rocket science.
Then some slightly harder questions such as spell the word dog, cat and other words along those lines. Again, sounds simple enough, but at this point its like trying to spell disestablishmentarianism, yes that is a real word too for those who care to question me lol. If anyone fails to complete any of the medial tasks, or falters on any of the questions, they will be eliminated.
5) THE STANDOFF ROUND if by some freakish event, there is anyone left to compete against each other, then we will go on a drink for drink basis. The competitors will only have 5 minutes after the first drink of these rounds is finished, or they will be eliminated.
This should put an end to all other competitors, and allow one remaining, the true king of Gin, the duke of rum, the earl of tequila, his mighty highness The 3Som Alchohol King!!!!
In addition to this title, a plaque will be placed on the wall with your picture to remain for all times!!! (unless someone ever calls for a further challenge)
The Alcohol King will also be given his own crown to wear until he wakes up the next day and wonders what the fuck he did last night.
The winner's drinks during the course of the competition will be payed for by the bar, as well a 1000Baht Bar-Tab certificate will be awarded.
Their name will forever be remembered on this forum as the ultimate hardcore drinker, never to be questioned on all things alcohol related!!
As for the other competitors, your drinks however will not be free lol. They will on the other hand be severely reduced in price from 180baht to 120baht each.
It sounds like a lot for a drink, but I don't see anything containing 3.5 ounces of 7 different pure alcohol mixers selling anywhere cheaper in Pattaya lol.
Buckets for the competitors will be made readily available by the bar, as well as our back room sink for the extra space in case our bathroom is in use by another competitor.
And here also comes the kicker folks. AT NO TIME WILL THE CONTESTANTS BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE BATHROOM TO RELIEVE THEMSELVES!!!!
Its only a little bit more then 2 potential hours, so if you gotta take a piss your crap out of luck!!!!
Taunting of each other by the other competitors is only allowed while they are still in competition, after they are eliminated, they loose that right tongue.gif

This contest is open to anyone, and for those that are competing, please make sure to have an alternate means of transportation instead of a motorbike. Also we will have some of the girls, as well as myself and probably some mates of any BM's that need help back to their hotel without the worries of getting pickpocketed on a baht bus, or sleeping in an alley lol.
We want this to be a safe, controlled contest where everyone is able to have a good time, and give everyone a day to look forward to in between XMAS, and NEW Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
You can also pm me if you would like to compete. There will be members from many different forums competing, so its bound to be a hell of a competition lol.

3Som Bar & Guesthouse is located off of Soi Dianna Inn, and Soi Lk Metro, nestled right in between Bob's BBQ and the rockhouse. So its a very, very, centralized and perfect kickoff point for heading to anywhere.
We not only have the 3Som Bar downstairs, which is quite comfortable, and a cross between a bar and a badass living room lol. Between the beautiful ladies and red light district feel, whether your playing bargames with the girls, or the Playstation on the big screen, or even shooting pool, the bar itself is a fantastic place to hang out. Add to that, Bob's BBQ will not only deliver any of your meals or snacks to the bar, but they will even deliver right up to your room!!!! As for our rooms, they feature all of the amenities you would expect in a 2000baht per night room, at a substantially lower price.
All rooms have tv/dvd, fridge/microwave, toaster/hot water kettle, free super speed wifi, rooms safes, computer workstation vanities with locking drawer, and many of the other drawers and cabinets are locking as well. All of our rooms also boast some of the softest mattresses available in Pattaya.
If you get up into our Deluxe rooms, one room has our signature series Super Bed, which is basically the biggest bed in Pattaya that I know of in existence. The other Deluxe room features a brand new, ultra-soft King Sized bed, so no sleeping on rock hard mattresses here lol. Both Deluxe rooms feature Euro style kitchens, complete with silverware and flatware, which housekeeping cleans daily for you as well.
We have 3 different size rooms to fit both your needs, and your budget.
Standard rooms- Very cozy rooms with full sized beds, all of the amenities listed above, and comparable in size to the similar style of rooms at Canterbury Tales. A comfortable room for the budget traveler, or just someone needing that place to lay their head down at night, why not do it in comfort though and save money at the same time!!
Mid-Sized Rooms- larger then the Standard rooms, all of the mid-sized rooms do have balconies, as well as a table and chair suitable for eating, working, or just kicking back and taking a break in. These rooms feature Queen size beds and blackout blinds (a very dark color scheme to help block out the most sunlight possible), as I know many of us sleep through the course of the day at many points in time lol. These as well, have a Euro style cooking station including; Microwave, fridge, toaster, and hot water kettle for coffee or Tea, as well you have a bit of room there to keep the silverware and flatware provided with the room.
Deluxe Rooms- Our top notch rooms for comfort and fun. Full Euro style kitchen setup including sink and storage. The rooms are extremely spacious, and rival any of those in the area for size. They are comparable in size and setup to the Large rooms at Liquid Lounge. Both rooms feature unforgettable beds. On one hand you have the 3Som Signature Series Super-Size King Bed, which is 1.5 times larger then a California King, so you can fit all of your guests comfortably for a good nights sleep.
While our other Deluxe room has A standard size king bed, with an incredibly soft mattress, compared to the normal rock hard Thai mattresses. The bathrooms in these rooms are also quite large, being able to fit anywhere from 5-8 people in the shower at any given time, making them fun for everyone as well.Room Rates are as follows

As in usual fashion, we will be holding a Christmas Day party at 3Som Bar on Dec.25th (actual Xmas Day)
Since Bob will be holding his buffet next door, which most of us will be attending, we will only have appetizer type food on offer, as well as the occasional fruitcake lol.
All our ladies will be dressed the part as Santa's sexy little helpers, and we will have a few Christmas presents in store for you all, including some absolutely insane drink specials. 2 for 1 SS+cokes, 100baht AMF's, random gift give-aways by the owners, such as Bar-tabs, barfines, and maybe even some other fancy little gifts including free stays at the 3Som Bar!!!!!!

TALK MEMBERS ALSO. As I stated in the post, which is an exact copy of the one on Addicts I posted, which will carry over to the Talk crowd as well. Because of the time of season, I cannot give major discounts like I have done for friends on forums in the past, but I will slightly decrease the charges. Especially since our prices do not get raised for high season. I have a customer with a 12 day stay so far, and I will reply back to all, even if I can't do the room for them . So is there anyone wanting to stay a little longer, like maybe the whole month o January lol.

Thats right boys and girls, after rerouting some reservations, I have freed up a room from the 21st of December until well after the New Year. So whether your looking for a 2 week stay, or a 2 month stay, we can take care of you.
This would be for one of our Standard rooms, which are nicely furnished and have a crapload of amenities, hopefully some people that have stayed can share their experiences on this style of room. Nightly the room starts at 500baht per night, and 2500baht per week, and finally 7500baht per month. These are pre-BM discounts. Unfortunately due to the time of year, I can not give some of the wicked crazy deals I have in the past, but I will still work a cheaper price for all Addicts members.
The room includes a tv/dvd, air-con/fans, room safe/ locking drawers and cabinets, fridge/microwave, water kettle/toaster. We also boast that our beds are among the softest in Pattaya for any price range, and this is one of the softer beds in our guesthouse, so no sleeping like your in Issan on the floor.
If you are only interested in 2 weeks, and are figuring that I would put you off for someone that might take the room longer, don't mind that. I answer emails on a first come, first serve basis.
This is the ideal place to be, for the Xmas party and Bob's BBQ buffet, as well as the jump off point for the NYE party, and the New years day bar crawl. With Bob's American dishes, poppers, fried chicken, taquitos, tacos, mini-burgers, and much much more, thanks to Esco. So you see the email on my signature, so feel free to send away.

They have a bar right on Soi Bukhaow that shows all the American sporting events, relatively good prices on drinks as well. I can point it out, but damn if I can remember the name lol. The bigger places the guys mentioned would be better if you were wanting food as well.

They have driver sections zoned off. I would imagine most pickup companies that do a lot of business in the airport stay in the same section every time. I know Mr. Dream does, can't speak for any other companies as I have only used 2 others, that were individuals provided by hotels or friends.
So your second time coming into Bkk, you would know exactly where the driver is going to be from the first time. He of course has the signs with the name as all companies should.
The main pickup vehicle for Mr. Dream is a comfortable Chevrolet mini-van. Its quite comfortable, especially for those with extreme amounts of luggage, or even looking to come in with a friend, as the prices remain the same. Its just a matter of requesting and making sure that he sends the van instead of another driver if you want it though.
