  1. I choose Pats over other mongering destinations strictly because of the GOGO's.Have been visiting there for the past 7 years. I spent 4 weeks (short trip for me) in Pats last AUG-SEP and, as per my usual modus operandi, patronized a number of WS GG's where I had enjoyed myself on previous trips. All but Windmill & were a letdown, even one that a good friend of mine has managed for 3 years. Sparse nudity & lame shows with increased drink prices were my main beefs. I shall not name the other GG's, as I dislike posting unfavorable reviews.

I shall be visiting Pats in early 2013, &, if not for Windmill & my friend's GG, would probably not venture to WS.

CAVEAT: I do not BF from GG's, so I cannot address that aspect.

  2. Pats vet interested in staying @ LK Mansion, near Soi Buakow & Pattaya Klang, next trip. Their Website is more Flash than Fact. (B800/night is well within my means). Have tried the Forum's "Search" function with little avail. So, I would like to put a few questions:

Hotel itself: Staff agreeable? Facilities good? Photos indicate a lift. Is this in fact so?

Is there a Joiner Fee? How about for multiple guests?

Map on Website indicates it is between 2nd RD & Buakhao. Another map by Thai something-or-other places it east of Buakhow, IAW between Buakhow & 3rd. Which is it?

Never stayed near that area, but am not particularly interested in returning to any of the areas where I have stayed previously. How is the immediate area for eating, drinking, & mongering? (I know that Soi6 is reasonably close & that LK Metro shouldn't be too distant).

If it is between 2nd & Buakhow, baht buses north & southbound should be easy to get. Agreed?

Any & all help given greatly appreciated. MANY THANX in advance!

  3. Am a Pats vet but have never been a beerbar person. Normally I spend my evenings in the GOGO's for the eye candy then prowl for FL's for my gratification. I am now thinking that it's time for me to change my evil ways.

I am unwilling to put up with the expense & the shit attitudes of GG girls. I've had so many disappoinments with FL's that I am gunshy of further dealings with them.

So, I think that my best avenue is to explore beerbars for BF's. During my next trip I shall probably reside on Soi Lengkee. Draught beer is my drink-of-choice.

I would appreciate recommendations of BB's in the Lengkee, Diana, LK Metro area that offer draught beer & worthwhile BG's. MANY THANX!

  4. Several BM's have written complaining that their ejaculate volume has decreased to a few drops per pop. I have had this same complaint.

One week ago I began a daily dosage of 1500mg L-Arginine & have already noticed a significant increase in my ejaculate volume during climaxes brought about thru wanking. Have not been so fortunate as to try intercourse yet. I am only a layman & am therefore not recommending L-Arginine. I am only sharing a successful trial.

I speak only to ejaculate volume & not at all to erectile dysfunction. On the subject of ED, however, I read that an MD studied groups of men of different ages who were afflicted with ED & concluded that L-Arginine was not an effective remedy for ED. However, this "professional" was writing on the website of a company that produces an exorbitantly- priced superduper (to hear them tell it) male sexual enhancement placebo. So, take it for what you feel its worth.

  5. I am unclear on one important point. Is it mandatory that a foreign national have his Passport on his person in Thailand? I read on Thai-Anxiety that, during the recent Police raids of bars, customers who did not have their "ID's" were arrested.

I am such a careless, forgetful person that I am reluctant to carry my Passport. I usually carry a photocopy of my Passport's identity page with a photocopy of the page with my current visa. Is this adequate "ID" for the Police? MANY THANX!

  6. Understand that Ruby Club, Soi6, closed on short notice. Is it still completely closed, both Hotel & Bar areas?

Is Ruby 2, its sister bar on opposite side of Soi6, still open & still run by Robin, the fellow who did (and still may) run both Ruby Club & Ruby2? CHEERS!

    MANY THANX!

  7. I enjoy draught (Draft) beer & normally do not patronize venues in Pats which do not offer it. It is my drink-of-choice in GOGO's.

Last time I was in PP a yank said to me that he never drinks draught beer because the lines are never cleaned. I had never thought about this before, so it hit close to home.

Do Pat's GOGO's ever clean their draught beer lines? Is draught beer sanitary to drink in Pats?

SIDENOTE: Last time I was in Johannesburg I happened to be sitting in a Pub by a Health Inspector who came there to check the darught beer lines. Presumably, then, draught beer is sanitary in Joburg's Pubs!

    MANY THANX! CHEERS!

  8. Have in the past heard a few good rumbles about Telephone (Box?) Bar, located on pattaya Tai Soi2. Their Website is mostly dysfunctional. Only the HOME & MAP icons work.

This bar will be a 2-baht bus ride from my intended residence. Is it worth the effort? Drinking is just drinking in just about any bar. I am most interested to hear BM's experiences with the Hostesses. CHEERS!

    MANY THANX!

  9. Have shifted my intended residence for next trip to Pratamnak Soi 5, quite nearby Pratamnak RD. Am not familiar with this area. Am going to write the few details I know & would appreciate BM's correcting any or all as necessary.

Understand this location is only about 800 meters from the south end of WS & that the trip in this direction is downhill.

Understand that the Baht Buses traveling south on 2nd RD usually proceed up Thappaya rather than Pratamnak.

Understand that Kinnaree is less than a 10-minute walk from this location & that 2 other similar clubs will open quite nearby by mid-NOV.

Understand that there are a number of restaurants in the vicinity. Please elaborate!

Some Questions: (Have reviewed Pattaya maps, although you will not think so from my questions!)

Can I catch a Baht Bus to WS on Pratamnak near Soi 5?

If I must walk to Thappaya to catch a Baht Bus to WS, how far a walk is it from Soi 5?

Is there a supermarket near Pratamnak Soi 5?

How many minutes to walk from Soi Diamond uphill to Pratamnak Soi 5 for a Farang who is not a speed walker & who has left most of his sobriety on WS? Would it be feasible to take a Baht Bus up Thappaya then walk to Pratamnak 5?

    MANY THANX! CHEERS!

  10. Another trip to Pats in NOV, but will be staying on Soi Lengkee for the first time. I know from nothing about the offerings available on this Soi. Have stayed before on LK Metro & on Soi Buakhow next to Club Blu, but I took little advantage of the offerings in those areas. Have usually done my mongering on BR & my barhopping on WS, but I am burnt out on both.

Can anyone summarize the restaurants on Lengkee that are reasonable & worthwhile?

Can anyone recommend a Bar on or near Lengkee that is good for daytime chilling out?

Lastly, can anyone recommend a Bar on or near Lengkee that is good for evening mongering?

    MANY THANX! CHEERS!

  11. Not a NEWBIE to Pats. Have been many times, usually staying 3-4 months per trip, so can take things gradually. However, upcoming trip in OCT is only 1-month, so I must move more quickly & wisely, as I won't have so much time to lolligag.

Spend most of my evenings at WS GOGO's, but am embarrassed to say that I know little of WS activity in the AM or early PM. Only eatery I know in the area is Biergarten; what are some others?

Have booked into Jasmine Hotel for 4 weeks. This is on Soi BJ, quite far South on WS.

So, after all this Shinola I have written, I shall come to the point. How can I employ my mongering time, while awake, most productively from GOGO closing time until opening time? What are the bars that are jumping in the early AM after GOGO closing?

Have observed that WS seems dead in the late morning-early afternoon. What to do then? (Am not a sightseer or beachgoer).

Are prices for WS Freelancers much higher than those for their Beach Road counterparts?

Two things I hope about my post. (1) I hope I have not made myself tiresome with my questions (2) I hope that the replies I shall receive will be useful to other BM's.

    MANY THANX! CHEERS!

  12. Was to Sophies (now defunct) in PP but have never been to SOL in Patpong. Never been to Patpong at all, for that matter.

Can any BM who has been there recently provide current info on the SOL? Are the girls eyesores; are the drinks expensive; can a Monger just chill-out in there for awhile until he feels ready for BJ action; where are the BJ's accomplished?

    MANY THANX! CHEERS!

  13. Been in twice.

Yes they have draft beer. 65 Bth Tiger, although last night they didn't have any.(at 1.30 AM)

    Bottled beer 110 Bth.

Lady drinks, I don't know how much. I never bothered asking/offering.

    Bar fine 600 Bth.

Nudity. Skimpy clothing and titties by some of the girls. There is a bath tub so yes nudity on display.

All white inside and they use coloured lighting to change the "mood" of the place.

    Polite and good service.

    Music, club/dancing.

The gogo girls all seem to have a good personality but we all know what girls with good personality look like. I haven't seen one that I would take home.

There is a BIG sign outside with neon lights.

    Enjoy

    C.

    OP REPLYING:

Thank you, Sir. You have told me all I need to know. I was anxious to visit Clinic before; but, now that I have read your post, I am super-anxious.

    MANY THANX!

  14. Understand that Clinic AGOGO opened for business on Soi 7 on 29 DEC, but have not yet seen a review.

Will be arriving Pats shortly & would surely enjoy & appreciate BMs' sharing their experiences/impressions of Clinic.

Two of the main questions I have are: is there any nudity on display; & does it offer draught beer?

    MANY THANX!

  15. To me, kissing is a very important, very enjoyable facet of a physical relationship. IN many physical encounters in Pats, I have found only one TG who seemed to enjoy kissing & apply herself to kissing as much as I. Unfortunately, she was only a one-time ST; I didn't have the sense to find a way to contact her again.

I do have a chronic breath problem. Perhaps this is the reason TG's don't seem to enjoy kissing with me. Is kissing a taboo in the Thai culture?

Am I the only Farang unable to find good kissers in Pats, or have other BM's experienced the same misfortune?

  16. I am very grateful to the OP for his courage in sharing his misfortune.

I first became familiar with electronic inroom safes in 1996 when I lived in a residence hotel wherein my room had one. A couple of times, when the damned thing jammed up, the manager used a special rod (provided by the manufacturer) which inserted into a hole in the safe, & thereby opened it in seconds.

More recently in Pattaya, the battery in my inroom safe died; & the manager used some magnetic disk devices (provided by the manufacturer) to open it quickly.

Any hotel with these electronic room safes has to have some method of opening them in case of a lockout. So, if a corrupt employee gets hold of that opening device, the resident is fucked!

Normally while staying in Pats, I don't keep a large amount of cash in my safe. However, I do store my Passport, T/C's, 2 credit cards & 2 ATM cards in it (a 3rd on my person). Now, having read the OP, I am gunshy. Next trip, I think I will not bring credit cards (I hardly ever use them in Pats, anyway) & limit my ATM cards to two, one on my person & one in my safe with my T/C's. I dare not carry my Passport around with me; I am too clumsy & absent-minded.

I have seen signs for places wherein one can rent a safebox by the month, but I've never investigated. Renting one probably means getting a key which one must then protect. This might be a lesser evil than the safe. Can anyone tell me the hours of operation of these places (when access to box is available) & comment on their security?

  17. I am here at the moment so if you have one that you need to confirm urgently, let me know and I will go around on my bike and check it out for you.

    OP REPLYING:

Thank you, Sir, you are indeed most kind.

I have booked into Ruby Club on Soi 6. They were VERY responsive in replying to my initial reservation request & in acknowledging my confirmation. I have a very positive gut feeling about residing there.

Also, staying there will indulge my fantasy of residing on Soi 6.

    MANY THANX!

  18. When my late wife passed here in the US, a Death Certificate became an absolutely critical document.

Were I to croak while visiting Pattaya, would a Death Certificate in English be generated? If so, it would be absolutely critical that certified copies of same reached my heirs.

What preparations should I initiate during my upcoming trip to Pats to forestall any bureaucratic nightmares for my heirs in the event of my death while there?

    ADVICE, PLEASE!

  19. I have contacted a number of Pattaya's hotels using the "Reserve" section of their Website. I always provide complete info. I sometimes get a computer-generated canned reply that my request has been received & will be answered shortly. Doesn't happen! Then I followup with a reservation request using their regular EMAIL address. Still no answer!

    WHY

  20. Have been in Big C several times but have never paid attention to its restaurants. Will be residing quite nearby there next trip, so would appreciate BM's recommendations as to restaurants in Big C (and the surrounding area) to patronize or to avoid.

    MANY THANX!

  21. SLUTLOAD & REDTUBE each have a video clip I enjoy. I would like to download or purchase the entire videos from which these clips were extracted. Can someone please tell me how to do this witgout Emailing the site itself? I don't especially want them to have my Email address.

    MANY THANX!

  22. I have to agree with the OP & some of the other posters. I think the costume themes (nurse, flight attendant, schoolgirl, etc) are a great idea which serves to seduce punters into the joint then keep them there spending. One of the main reasons I am a regular at Babydolls GOGO is the dancers' contumes.

However, I think the scenery themes are rather childish. I have been in the Cavern GOGO a few times. When you have nude & scantily clad TG's all over the joint, who is going to be impressed by rocks?
