Hi, Everytime I see this condo, I find very strange it's position on the extrem 2nd road side, not on the sea side. . For me it look like they build a condo, sell sea view apartments at very high price, and when everything is sold then will build a new condo between the first one and the sea, with better and more expensive sea view... Hi, I already posted this information a few months ago but it seems a lot of people still ignore it.... I you DO NOT want to "come back later in the afternoon" to get your passeport with your Visa extension, just go on their web site at least 24h before, fill the "Application Form" (Pattaya Immigration / Tourist), send it and print it. Give the print when your arrive at the immigration office and you will directly be send to the cashier and get your passeport with extention in 5 minutes :-) The internet application allow them to make immigration verification BEFORE you arrive at

Hi guys, I live for 4 months in the south Soi Buakaow area and like going to thai massage 3 times a week. I used to give about 30-40 bahts tip for a thai massage (150 bahts, 1 hour) or 40-60 bahts tip for oil (no sex) massage (250 bahts, 1 hour) From yesterday I am very perplex about that... Last evening I stay a few hours in one salon after my massage, chating with ladies (or mostly one ladie ) and then I saw lot of guys when they come to pay after massage. Hi, We read on this site lot of stories about baht-bus drivers and the ways they try to take us as much money as they can... So this small story to say that some of them are very honest. I took one night a baht-bus on Soi 2 to reach Soi 7. On beach road, around Soi 5, the baht-bus stop for a group of Korean people. One of them talk to the driver and, if I do not know wath they say, I quickly understand that they want to go at a precise point in Pattaya. A small question about ViewTalay please: How far exactly is the View Talay 2 from Jontien Beach ? I found a few maps like these ones, but no distances... Map 1 - General Map 2 - Jontien Some advertisments say 200 meters, but from photos on this site I thing there is already 200 meters from the building to the View Talay exit ! Hi, We use this "new" type of cards for 25 years in France... and I never ever had any problems with my Visa or MasterCard abroad For Thailand, I made 9 trips in the last 6 years and my cards worked in all ATM machines : airport, Bkk, ChangMai, Pattaya... Hi, Most of us now use digital camera, so be carreful in Pattaya : I give last week a Memory Card to the Kodak shop situed on the part of South road between 2nd road and Beach road When I came back to get my pictures I had a "Sorry we have a problem and can't read your card" I return to my room and put my card in my computer to try to understand and... Hi, I remember someone speaking here of an hotel in BKK where it is possible to stay late in afternoon for a small amount. Not sure but could be the Nana Hotel...
