I'm also watching Mr. Mercedes. Impressive acting but the storyline, uhm...judge for yourself
Watching Brendan Glesson pissing in the morning isn't what the doctor ordered...

New season of Blindspot just started and little Rila Fukushima is in it

I watched the first episode and it is a comedy.
My problem wasn't really that it's a comedy but the fact that it isn't a very good one.

Loser show.
I was surprised by your comment, so I opened the "review" section at IMDB just to find many 1 ratings from similarly unhappy viewers. Most people complain about the show not being authentic Tom Clancy. Of course it isn't. it's a show based on his characters. Yes the last three episodes got an 8.9 rating out of 10 from 11000+ plus viewers. Judge for yourself...

Watched the first two. Initial impressions. Krasinski is miscast after the likes of Ford, Pine, Affleck and Baldwin have played the Ryan role. Not a bad actor but goofy looking.
Hated his boss from the first "shithead" moment, later puctuated by calling Ryan "Lance Armstrong" and purposely embarrassing him in the first group meeting.
Looks like they went cheap on overall casting. Timothy Hutton? I find it hard to take him seriously in the role. Just me.
I like the actor, Ali Suliman, playing Mousa bin Suleiman.
In all fairness, it's a pretty damn good show. I believe they did cast non-superhero main characters like Ryan with his chubby girlfriend on purpose. Worked on me. Wendell Pierce was actually quite funny.

Snowfall. Possibly the only good black show around

I never caught much of his stand-up routine, but I did love his movies....
I am the opposite, his movies were total crap while I enjoy most of his stand ups. In that sense he's is like Rowan Atkinson

Just watched Elizabeth Harvest but only for those who like the weird and unexpected

Thank you. This looks good. I was not aware of it. The movie Three Days of the Condor, Robert Redford, Faye Dunaway was very good. I believe directed by Sidney Pollack. Good book too!
It is very good and loosely based on the novel "Six Days of the Condor" by James Grady and screenplay "Three Days of the Condor" but in my opinion the resemblance is mainly in the title. William Hurt is excellent in it.
I also watch Yellowstone, Elementary, Harlots, Shades of Blue, Snowfall, Strange Angel and Succession which all are pretty good. What can I say, I'm a junkie...

Episode 1 of Queen of the South sucked me in.
Yellowstone isn't offering episode one On Demand so will table it.
I'm on the 6th of the third season and it's going strong

I don't know what those links were but I got a message of abnormal activity from my IP address.
Not sure that is my kind of site anyway but thanks.
It's a torrent download site. This is where I get all my movies from, one is season 3 the other is season 4

The albino was great. Chayton Littlestone is also and his storyline continues into season three...now in my Netflix queue as Prime only offers the first two seasons as free to Prime members.

It's brutal in a good wayBrutal as in violent, which can't be any worse than Banshee, or brutal as in tedious/boring.

I have Netflix and my only complaint is that they release too little content to streaming digital. A lot of great TV shows and movies are only available on DVD and/or Blu-ray. That was not an issue when I lived in the Bay Area...post it back on day one and receive the next disc on day three. Now I live in the crotch of California and I can add one to two days sending and one additional day back to me.
Not entirely the fault of Netflix but streaming is the way everything is going. I still have Comcast TV and internet but I could actually dump the TV and purchase a streaming service for less money. I intend to really look into that when I move north.
I watched Banshee season 1 again but it's at least two years old. Of the ones running now, I enjoy Queen of the South, Yellowstone, Harlots, Succession, not necessarily in that order. Shooter and SIX is OK .

Palmer's used to do good catering.
I thought it was closed.
I really don't care who wins but both teams are capable of playing very good football. Let's hope we will see it tonight.

Ray Donovan just restarted and the first episode is much better than the final two was in the last season. Also quite good is Bad Blood about the Canadian maffia and The Deuce about the 1970s -80s porn industry. Blindspot is on also. I agree, Manifest is turning into a soap. I also watched Mile22 and found it quite good.
