Hello, This is my first post so here it goes..... Recently, i was in Pattaya for few days, and was really hard to spot upper class ( hi-so ) Thais or even middle class for that matter.... There is a good chance i might be living in Pattaya for six month starting in Dec. Do the so called "hi-so" crowd exist in Pattaya ? if so , where are they ? where do they eat, shop, etc...??? Thanks.
