According to what I've just seen on their website, Emirates, KLM, and Singapore Airlines all fly non-stop MAN-BKK. Ahh, if only it were true. They really ought to be more careful, because apart from potentially creating a lot of complaints from angry customers, it makes me wonder what else they might be getting wrong. While I'm at it, can anyone settle an argument? I've got a friend who swears blind that Thai once used to fly non-stop MAN-BKK, but I reckon he's talking out of his arse. :D

Hi,

My two friends booked in June to travel from Man-BKK by EVA on Wednesday 5 Jan. for 6 weeks. lucky beggers. £465 from Man. changing at Heathrow. The fare was £20 more expensive than travelling from Lon., and as they live in the I.O.M. this was a good deal.

Cheers Doug.

4th trip to Pattaya coming up in 3 weeks, this is over the space of 17 months. Best flight deal so far is this time around. Emirates---Glasgow-Dubai-Bangkok--£470.

This is £60 cheaper than Eva which i used on my last trip in September. I also miss out the 5 hour wait in Heathrow. I like the idea of the break in journey just over half way there. 7hrs.25mins to Dubai and then 5hrs.55mins to Bangkok with just under 3hrs.wait in Dubai

My flight last year was £378 from Heathrow, with ETIHAD.

Food was good,leg-room acceptable - Best part was only 90 minutes in transit in Abu Dhabi!

As I would rate it, not far behind Emirates! - however, I would'nt pay an extra £150 to fly with Emirates.

I would definetely book with Etihad again!
