Samsonite,not saying you are wrong about that patent ruling but the way i understand things,and of course I could be wrong, there is a ruling of some sort to do with patents,certainly to do with lots of drugs, that after a certain time frame other companies are allowed to manufacture the same drug but they must have a different name to the original I.E. viagra----kamagra etc.This certainly seems to be the case here in Australia where you can get a prescription from the doctor and when getting it filled at the chemist you can ask to be given the generic version if there is one available,and this will be cheaper.Strangely enough there is no generic versions of erectile dysfunction drugs available here.

Ozboy, you are quite right. In Australia a packet of 4 pills of Cialis or Viagra can cost you as much as A$ 75. On top of that it will cost you around A$ 40 - A$ 50 for the doctor to give you the prescription. We are getting ripped off big time.

As far as I can tell that is not the case. As per the first link noted in my first message above, the generic drugs cannot be marketed until the patent has expired.

If anything it would appear that the major drug companies are using every means available to delay the sale of generic forms of their products.

As we know many countries, especially in Asia, pay no attention to patents or copyrights. Ten years ago it was reported that 90% of the factories in China that manufacture illegal copies of everything from computer software to watches were owned by the Chinese government. That hasn't appeared to have changed.

As most, if not all, of the generic ED drugs are coming out of India, I guess that says something about their government's policies in this regard.

I have bought both Viagra and cialis in pattaya from pharmacies. Both did nothing for me. I have viagra from a US pharmacy and 1 pills keeps me rock hard for 3 straight hours. I have cialis from a US pharmacy and It worked great constant hard on for 2 days plus. It is illeagal for pharmacies to sell levitra, viagra or cialis in thailand. To be obtained leagally you have to get them from a doctor. while it is not probably not true in every case

 

I think the chance of getting fake pills in thailand pharmacies is very high. Since I only pay 160 baht for the pills in the us there is no reason to buy the crap they sell in LOS. Remember more fake viagra is made worldwide than any other drug. And most of the fake are from china and ae very good. Identical boxes wrapping etc.

Hi everybody.

 

I have been looking on these pages for some time and realised their is alot of peolpe looking for advise which is greatly given by the expierenced users.

 

I am a documentary film maker and I have made my last film on Pattaya. filmed in April this year. Many media and TV go to Pattaya and have a dig at it and tell the wrong story of just sex and crime etc.

 

My film is about the true life there and advise for poeple who have never been before.

Its 45 minutes long with 8 interviews from many well know people who lived in the city for many years and still to this day. Its basicaly explains how the city all works. abit like the books you can buy but in a film format, and unlike the books you know its real life advise, not a made up into a story.

 

it took 6 months to make and if you are a regular visitor to the city you will see many familar faces within the film.

I have bought Vit V in Thai Pharms, on line, in a bar and from a legal script from a Dr. I gotta say the the best is the stuff from my M.D. about the same price as a pharm. I find it much better, less side effects a more wood!

 

I have taken to using a whole tab 100mg for super action, especially if I'm a bit under the beer etc. How do I cut off the stuff...Ambien sleeping tabs seem to slow me down and off to sleep. I have done like 36 hours of drink/woman on a few hits of Vit V...Best Stuff......from a real Pharm and from a real MD. I've a few friends in Patong who a always asking if I have any extra of the real thing!

I really have tried lots of non MD stuff. Even go 35 hits online from Mumbai...

there is nothing like the real thing for me ....

I always get Penegra (Indian version of Viagra) from the pharmacy next door to TIms Bar Beer. 300 baht for a 4-pack of 100 Mg - 250 Baht if you buy in quantity. Never had a problem - always worked just fine

I think most of us are aware that the "Genuine" Viagra is manufactured by Pfizer,however the Indian copies in particular contain much the same contents and IMHO work very well,at a fraction of the "Rip-off" American Pfizer corp products! The "Excuse"that is given for their extorunate(spell) prices is that they have to re-coup their developement and research costs,these have been recovered many times over the years and now are considered by most people as an excuse just to line shareholders pockets!

Finally even if the Indian workers were only being paid $1 a day,which is blatantly untrue,I fail to see the relevance!

I have used only the viagra jelly that is available. I paid about 120 baht per portion and I always give one to the girl/s it makes them gigglish.

 

But guys.. the health risks... I took viagra jelly because I was on two day benders etc. I am 24 and I ended up in hospital for taking too much... my heart gave me so much pain, i thought i was dying.

 

Does no one here not wonder why so many middle age men die of heart attacks? They dont put it down as too much viagra, they would probably be hit with a big law suit plus it is impossible to prove the cause of heart attack unless clogged arteries or heart disease etc

2006 topic...well I order bulk generic cialis from some indian vendor..seems to work better and longer than viagra I get about 24 hours from 1 pill, will vary from person to person ..sends blood to the rod..

at age 41..the days of insta rock hard erections of my 20's and 30's is in the past alas. Probably other supplements that would help, but havent tried any as yet.

 

since reading this thread i'll have a look for some cialis at pattaya pharmacies i guess..when i inevitably run out of stock
