Pick up at Airport to Pattaya 1,200 Bht includes tolls. Private Car

 

Return trip from Pattaya to Airport 860 Bht includes tolls Meter taxi or Limo 1,200 Bht.

 

Taxi’s, Limo’s, & Mini Bus Services. Also available for sight seeing tours and up Country trips. (Prices on application.)

I've always wondered- why is the return trip to BKK cheaper than going out to Pattaya? Do they know that at that point, we have NO money???

I'm informed that most of the drivers are Bangkok based,so no overnight expense involved.At least in Tooms case!

The reason Pty to BKK is cheaper,is because there are no parking fees involved,when they just drop you at the terminal.When they pick up from the airport,they have to use the pay car park.

That is correct as they often also have to wait if a flight is delayed. Also tolls one way only when drop at airport.

Some drivers are Bk based but not all. It is also very haed to get a Meter Taxi in the morning if you have not booked one the day before. As most of the incoming flights arrive the Meter style taxis come into Pattaya in the afternoon. So if you need a meter style taxi I would advise to book day before. Otherwise it will only be a Limo.

I have used Mr Toom on a number of occasions in the past 12 months

 

Have found his service and price excellent.

 

I hope to use Mr Toom next Saturday and will count on it !!!!

I use a volvo limo service and it,s 800baht regardless if its pattaya to airport OR BKK to pattaya!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Note: not including tolls (but these are a lot less than the old airport)

I agree thats a good price! (Airport pick up at 800) However if he is a one car man then if he has 2 bookings how can he cope? There are several different cars and mini bus available with the service on offer. When Adam (Hammer) need 4 mini bus for one of his trips to Bang Chang we supplied. A one man one car service does have limitations.

1st Taxi Booking For Christmas Arrives.

 

My friend who runs a Taxi service has advised me he has just got his first Taxi booking for this year’s festive season. This has prompted him to mention to me this is normally a busy time so was making the suggestion for people to book early. He also mentioned that he has noted an increase of bookings for Oct and Nov.

 

I wonder if we are going to have a busy season???? I know seeing so many empty bars it is needed.
