Condo's on beach Road

During my drunk stumblings earlier this month I noticed a brochure for condo's on beach road for sale. I want to say they were between soi 8and 13/1, I believe the price was about 1.4million. Anybody know anything about them? Any info would be appreciated.

That price sounds reasonable for today. Just a few years ago you could buy shoe box size condos for about 400,000 baht.

That will be starting price for a low level basic studio at the back of the project, probably without sea view. For something half decent you will be paying a lot more. But, if you just need a room to crash after a hard night partying, then they are ideal!

 

PS: I have a number for that guy i was telling you about in BKK now so I am just trying to arrange a meet with him. I'll let you know as soon as i get something definite.

Everytime I see this condo, I find very strange it's position on the extrem 2nd road side, not on the sea side. . For me it look like they build a condo, sell sea view apartments at very high price, and when everything is sold then will build a new condo between the first one and the sea, with better and more expensive sea view...

Just an idea but... why not : TIT
