Northshore condo alternative?

Hi,

 

I will come back to pattaya next month and i am just trying to rent a Northshore condo. A few are offered on the fairproperties website, but only for long term rent.

I would need a place for 2-4 months. Does anybody know other agents or an alternative in pattaya?

Budget 30-40k/month.

If you're looking for a good location, check the condos at Markland, Beach Rd, Soi 1.

 

The Pattaya Mail regularly has owners renting them in the classifieds.

About NorthShore (Soi 5) or Markland (Soi 1), which is the best side for appartment to rent ?

 

It seems that the view is far better on the south side (view over the bay, Pattaya, islands)

but you must have the sun all the afternoon, and so I suppose it must be very hot

and you have to close curtains and put air-con all the time ?

 

Anyone already stay there ? Which side ? Any comments ?
