Can you please help with picking a hotel in Patts?

Hello Mates,

 

I would appreciate your help with the following hotel requirements:

 

1. Nice - clean room with a "new" feeling to it - not worn out...

2. Good bed - large and comfy (newish)

3. AirCo

4. Good location - close to the beach and to walking street

5. Quiet

6. In-Room Electronic Safe

7. No joiner fee

8. Up to 1500 baht per night

 

Any ideas?

Flipper house or lodge, get a high level to cut down on the noise, should run 1-1.2 k baht/nite.

If you want something "new and fresh" then try the just opened LK hotel on Soi Dainna near 2nd Rd.

Try my new recommendation;

 

Imperial Residence, on the Beach Road at Soi 10. It has an excellent location.

There are individual electronic safes in the rooms. Balconies.

Bathtubs in the bathrooms for those who like them. Shower above the bath.

 

It's still all shiny and new.

 

The Superior rooms are 1200 baht. The ones on the seafront are 1500 baht.

 

It's the first building at the beginning of the street, so the seaviews are uninterrupted.

Although I asked this on a hotels with wifi thread, can i ask here too about recommendation of hotel with wifi and either shower above bath tub or shower compartment. Within 1000 baht (now, low season) and not east of 3rd road.

room was shabby, no clean towel's

unless you ask! Wont be going back, booked a condo this trip!

Any of the Soi 13 hotels would suit all your requirements ,read the hotels section first then ask for advice when you have some more information.

Sky-Top recently painted all the rooms. Installed new showers with non slip tiles. One block from the beach on 2nd Road. The place is clean with in room safe, AC, TV and fridge. Internet cafe downstairs. On site laundry with same day service. Cheap rates. www.skytopcenterpattaya.com

Especially stay here if you are afraid you may end up with a Ladyboy, cause they will make sure you don't get to your room with her. So I am told.

I would strongly recommend Green View Hotel in 15 soi.It has all the features you have asked for

It is family owned and the staff are very friendly

My room is 850 Baht which is the price for all the rooms

Last week stayed at LEK Hotel soi 12, intend to stay there again on any future trips.

Would say it would meet all your requirements.
