The street vendors sell them. The same ones that have the pocket knives and batons and such. Can't speak for the quality though.

I got a small pair of self focusing, for about 1000bht. lnpro brand, silver and black about 3in long. 8x21mm field 7 degree 122/367ft whatever that all means. They come with a black case and not too heavy. they sell them on the stalls along Beach Road.

I have a small pair of 8X21 called Nikula. They are cheapies but the quality is surprisingly good. I had an expensive pair and they walked off somewhere.

they are excellent for the soapies. you can get a close up of the faces. wouldn't dare walk into a soapie without one.
