Anyone stayed in the Tim Boutique Hotel ?

As per title....

 

 

Seems very nice in pictures and reviews are good.

 

Jacuzzi in room and the pool looks nice.

 

Around 65 pounds a night at xmas.

 

What do you guys think.

 

I did read that it can be a little noisy until around 3am as its near a beer bar, but you if you stay on the mall side its ok.

I stayed there a couple of times when it first opened and although it is an ok hotel with an excellent location it is definately on the pricey side.

 

If you are planning a stay of more than a few days I would definately try and get the rate discounted. Definately stipulate the Avenue Mall side as some bar beers on the other side play music till 3 like you already mentioned and although the rooms have double gazing you can still hear noise.

 

This is not so much an issue if you go out and get home late but if you like the occasional early night or night in it can be a pain in the arse.
