Hi

I am here for information pls.

My gf wants to go to this place for a romantic meal. Looks like a nice view but is it worth it? I am not made of money but would like to go somewhere nice, so is this place ok or are there suggestions from someone else?

Thanks

You don't mention how much it's worth to keep her from nagging and bringing it up every day or two if you don't take her. That's how much it's worth. I'm pretty sure, unless you love being nagged, that a meal at Baiyoke will be less.

Yes its about 800 baht per person .eat what you want ,go up to 54th floor and get out on revolving walkway .so you see sights ,night time is best .will impress the girlfriend ,try to get later sitting of meal .more time to enjoy .

Its on the top floor of the 'new' Baiyoke Hotel. Locals call it Baiyoke 2. Only thing that has going for it is the view and how much of a view can Bangkok city give? Overpriced buffet and low qualitity food. But if it pleases the woman ..........

I prefer the hotel resturrants near the river ; around Chinatown area. Better view. The river crusie/dinner may also do the trick. There's also a revolving resturant at Grand China Princess. Not buffet ; ala carte menu.
