According to the website, www.dynastyinn.com, the free shuttle offer still applies although the wording suggests the free service applies to the Bangkok - Pattaya route. Might be worth sending an e-mail to check if the offer appliers the other way.

I can confirm the free shuttle is just from BKK to Pattaya, if you book two nights or more in

one of the Pattaya hotels.

 

Don't know why they do not offer the same service for Patts to Bangkok?
