It's raining again, looks like a pretty big storm.

For those of you that are interested in seeing it coming, choose the TMD Radar Loop at Rayong or Swampy.

A summary of the weather as of about 15 minutes ago:

post-15097-1298283811.jpg

The thunder was mostly coming from a thunderstorm cell I figure was not far from Laem Chabang. Over Pattaya (photo right) it appears to be raining pretty steadily. Here in Jomthien (center, photo left) we've had intermittent showers. Presently we're having a moderate strength shower with the sun attempting to poke its way out at the same time.

Bless ya im sure Ping will be pleased

To hell with them. I water them and my feet get wet because she didn't put down any bases on the pots. Then the balcony is dirty.

They can wait for the rain or die.

Pished right down at Eastern Seaboard. We even lost power for a short time at around 4:40pm. It twas a pretty darn good storm. Pissed a little (enough to dirty the windscreen) all the way back to Chonburi City between 5:15pm and 6:15pm.

The heavens opened for about an hour when I was in Big C (2nd Rd) this afternoon.

The bus ride back along Beach Road was interesting! The road was under about 5 inches of water from around Soi 4 to the Montien Hotel (a bit before Central Rd).

Thanks mate. I take a sequence of adjoining photos, making sure there is some detail shared between each pair of adjacent photos, then use a software package called Autostitch to join them. Free download here: http://cvlab.epfl.ch/~brown/autostitch/autostitch.html

It never rains in February some guy said to me as I peered out of the window in Carrefour, looking at my motorbike parked there, that was last week. Fortunately yesterday I got back ahead of it.... it is deadly out there on a little bike when the rain and strong winds come.

I am also going to have to buy a weather-proof light fitting as the fancy one I got from Homepro lets the water in and the bloody bulbs pop at 100+ baht a time. Spent 3x what it cost me for the fitting on bulbs so far. Ah well, it was pleasantly cool and the air was clear later as I drank a cold one looking out over the grass that I didn't have to water......and watching the sodden cat skulk in, head down, was a bit of a chuckle,

Was in Champagne yesterday afternoon with Mirkwood & Bazzap – Now open at 2:00pm with happy hour beers at 65bt – There was a tasty line up of girls and we check binned around 5:00pm – Went to go out and it was absolutely pissing down so we just turned around and continued to enjoy the eye candy – sometimes the rain is a blessing in disguise :whistling:

Seem to be a few off topic post bouncing around.

Back on topic, it's ABSOLUTELY pissing down right now where I live, just north of Pattaya.
