So what Soi 6 are you saying it's near to?

well a more accurate location is about 1.5km inland from soi 6 & about 300metres directly behind the North Pattaya Big C shopping centre,

u can see Big C & beachside hotels from the apartment,

it's in a very quite no-thru street that backs on to the Pattaya Golf Driving Range in 3rd road & around the corner from the Pattaya Sports Club & next door to the Fountain Of Life Centre,

if the street continued u would quickly arrive at the back of Big C,

it's between the Inside Garden Resort & the J.A. Villa hotel & just a short walk from a motorbiketaxi station outside the J.A. Villa hotel & bahtbuses on 3rd road,

it's about 2km in a straight line from the beach but about 3km by road via the Hollywood Disco & the famous soi six (sex), so a very cheap room if ur into shortimes!

It has ample secure parking for cars & motorbikes, also within the apartment it has a large sofabed for ur guests to sleep on.

it's still available & awaiting ur inspection, just PM me

Somewhere around here....

I lived at the Inside Garden for a while and it isn't a bad place to get around from.

My TGF used to jog back from the Aerobics at the beach end of soi 6.

YES !

thanks for the map Jacko, excellent!

ok, it's located in the long no-thru soi that runs off the left side of J.A. Villa,

the apartment building is the long brown roof near the end of the soi on the right side & is parallell to the soi.

the apartment block is called "Baan Pornjamnong" & was built about a year & a half ago, so very new.

all 16 new apartments are available for rent at 3,500baht/month but come totally empty, no furniture whatsoever!

so if u want to buy ur own furniture forget about looking at mine, or u can rent my apartment & have the use of my furniture for free!

so, as u can imagine, l will be selective of who l allow to rent B2, that's why l advertised here on a forum hopefully read only by farangs.

the apartment l have advertised here containing my quality furniture is apartment B2 on the 2nd floor beach end.

you are all welcome to go there & view the apartment anytime thru the window without sending me a PM, but if u wish to fully inspect u need to PM me so l can open it for u.

It has ample secure parking for cars & motorbikes.

available now for rent at only 3,500baht/month long term(min 6 months) + cable, elect & water.

internet available additional 300b/month.

Thats a little better photo,it now looks more like a decent size.

Sounds like excellent value and a nice quiet spot,a bit out of the action but ok if you have transport.Otherwise you need to walk up to Pattaya nua to get a baht bus.

if i was there i'd take a look... Looks like a great deal to me.. One thought i had was how much does an AC unit cost to buy? Perhaps one might price this and split the costs with the owner? Just being creative.

Yes or perhaps rent a portable aircon unit.

it has good cross flow ventilation, no surrounding buildings, & often gets cool sea breezes,

with the 2 fans it's fairly cool & breezy

And this morning it is 23 degrees in Pattaya, brrrr :D.

Cross ventilation is fine but I wouldn't be sleeping with my windows open unless I was high up, out of reach of Intruders.

What floor is it on?

  • 2 weeks later...

OP - why don't you install an Aircon unit and make it alot more attractive. Charge a bit more each month and you would get your money back in a year or so.

Even alot of girls rooms have aircon, can't survive without it, especially this time of year.
