Pattaya Orphans Party

 

Friday 27th May

 

 

Billabong Hotel on Soi LK Metro

 

 

8.30pm onwards

 

 

Charity Raffle drawn at Midnight

 

wetwillie and Perthie are delighted to announce that with the kind support of the Billabong Hotel and Devils Den we are holding a party to raise funds for the Pattaya Orphanage.

 

The Pattaya Orphanage is a charitable organisation that is looking after the needs of around 160 orphans, from babes-in-arms to students. They rely very heavily on donations to continue their good works.

 

The children at the Orphanage rely on the kindness of strangers for their most basic of needs. The roof over their heads, the food on their plates, the water they drink, the nappies and clothes they wear, medication and medical care when they are ill.

 

Put yourself in their situation for a moment as you revel in the glory of being a falang on holiday in Thailand, and consider what the price of a few drinks for you means in relative terms to them.

 

We invite all Addicts and friends to come along on the 27th and join us in supporting a very worthy cause.

 

We have:

 

Balloons (apparently some people chase them....)

 

10% off beer and spirits for BM's

 

2-4-1 Shooters (Tequila and Sambucca White or Black only)

 

Greg's famous indoor 'swimming pool'

 

A very special prize raffle!! Drawn at midnight.

 

Free buffet served at 10pm

 

The delightful Billabong Girls

 

Live Band

 

Beer, BM's and a good fun atmosphere

 

 

and most importantly -

 

We will be collecting donations all night for the Orphanage.

 

Simply come along to the party, have some fun, and donate some cash to the cause.

 

PRIZE RAFFLE

 

We have very special raffle prizes on offer. Tickets on sale throughout the evening at a measly 100THB each (or 6 for 500THB!). All proceeds go to the Orphanage.

The raffle will be drawn at midnight on 27th May 2011:

 

Major Prize: A free OVERNIGHT with TWO Imps from the Devil's Den (prize kindly donated by the Devils Den, prize certificate valid for use for one year, prize not transferable).

 

Secondary Prize: A free INCALL with TWO Imps from Devils Den (donated by wetwillie and Perthie, prize certificate valid for use for one year, prize not transferable).

 

AND: A couple of minor prizes to get the ball rolling.

 

(Raffle Rules - Simple - If the winner of one of the prizes is not present at the draw, they will be notified and arrangements made for them to collect their Prize.)

 

 

CAN'T GET TO THE PARTY?

 

If you can't get to the party, but are in town and still want to contribute or get yourself some raffle tickets, we may still be able to help.

 

Wetwillie arrives in Pattaya on May 12th, and I arrive on the 19th. Simply PM me briefly and I will make arrangements to catch up with you prior to the party. A contact number will help.

 

Our apologies to everyone who wants to help the children but cannot make it on the day or meet us beforehand. You can donate direct to the Orphanage by bank transfer, details of which are on their website (details at bottom of page).

 

Come along! Eat, drink, make merry! Most importantly, dig deep and cough-up some cash for the kids. A wonderful opportunity to have a good time, meet other BM's, AND feel good about yourself, all in one convenient location.

Great idea, congrats to you both and well done also to Greg (you would know me if you saw me) and Cerebus for their generous support. I hope its a great night & well supported by the board members. Unfortuneatly i don't arrive till 1st of June :banghead but would love to be there. Choc dee

I applaud you for your effort and hope it is a great success . Unfortunately I will be out of the country at that time but in any case , I give my small donation to the Jesters who also help the Orphanage . In fact , a couple of years ago , I was responsible for obtaining a complete team strip from Liverpool F.C. , that was then , through the Jesters , donated to the Orphanage . They need all the support they can get . Cheers .

It is good to see a little giving back for all that we get in Pattaya...thanks to Greg and Cerebus for helping with this worthy cause..I just wish I could be in town for this event..( I want to win the first 2 prizes for sure ) LOL

Thanks for the kind comments and support guys.

 

As for the PP donations, well that has been scrapped due to some legal issues or something.

 

So you will just have to show up on the 27th to participate in the raffle or donate.

 

Dancewatchers did add to the prizes with a free night in his Luxury Room @ View Talay6 :D

Most of you already know about the little party that wetwillie and Perthie organised at the Billabong for this coming Friday......

 

Well folks,

THE P.O.P. PARTY HAS GONE GONE BALLISTIC!!

Faster than superman can change his underwear, the POP Party has grown from a small event into something quite spectacular.

 

On Friday 27th May Soi LK Metro will be closed to traffic from 06:00pm until 01:00 a.m. (except to allow arriving and departing hotel /guesthouse guests), and Soi LK Metro becomes party-central for the night as we spread ourselves throughout the whole street.

 

With the full support of all the well-known business owners of LK Metro, the whole Soi has been turned into one glorious party zone for the night.

 

 

So just to remind you all what this is all about......
