does anybody have an idea of the price of one day desposable contact lenses (pref acuvue) in Pattaya, and also which is the best opticians.

900 baht and under for a box of 30. Price should be more like 675 or less, so barter.

Alternatives; Focus Dailies, Bausch & Lomb Soflens, Duna(?)

I recommend Soflens, the design is as such that you never make digital contact with the part of the lens that comes in contact with your lens(eye).

 

Johnsons Acuvue and Focus Dailies design make it difficult to ascertain which way around they should be, IMO.

All have a high water content.

 

Don't know any opticians. May be best to stay away from high rent premises, as they may wish you to  pay their rent.
