I had good luck with a dentist named Dr. Bongkotrat (Dr Bee). She did two crowns for me a couple of years ago and I'm happy with the work. All in all it cost about 25000 baht (about 750 USD). Dr. Bee speaks good English. The office is clean and well equipped.

Location:

Pattaya Klang near Town in Town Hotel, 300 meters from Sukhumvit Road

Hi rabbitoh,

I broke a crown the day before I was booked to fly to Pattaya on Feb 09. When I arrived I contacted the dentist in Central Festival and got an immediate booking. They pitch their business at fly in/fly out 2 week tourists like us (as I'm sure the ones above do as well) and their first question was when do you leave, so they could get everything done in the time I had (2 weeks!).

The receptionist spoke excellent english so there were no misunderstandings, the service was great and a post and crown cost about $375 all up (I was quoted almost $2000 in Melbourne for the same work)

Have a look here:

Why not email them and get a basic quote?

  • 2 weeks later...

I have also been told that this one is pretty good too, but haven't personally used them yet - will be getting teeth whitened next trip (and not the way most of you on here whiten your TGF's teeth, either :llaugh ):

they sound good to me. I like their qualifications.

Under preventive care they list sterile set/ visit TBH 100. Do you figure that's a charge to clean the instruments used on the last patient?

I'll give them a call.

Thanks for the link.
