Really, has your friend determined that it is indeed cancelled yet?

The reason I mentioned it was that the bank will not cancel the Direct Debit unless the Electric Authority first agree to it.

 

I will have to ask him. He is now near Chiang Mai and not much on the Internet.

I know he made 2 visits at electric office in Royal Garden.

- One before the sale to get an attestation that all was clear/paid.

- One after the sale to cancel this automatic payment.
