White Rose Hotel

Hiya Folks.

 

Last time i was in Pattaya, 06/01, I stayed at the White Rose Hotel at a nightly rate of 400 Bt. which i felt was pretty good.

 

Hotel was Ok, pretty decent.

 

only downside was which really annoyed me after returning to my hotel room one afternoon i discovered that someone had been in my room and rummaged through my cases, nothing was taken, I kept all my money and documents with me. took this matter up with reception but they didn't seem too bothered.

 

Can any of You Guys reccomend any hotel within the same price Bracket??

I have just had 10 days staying at the Jan Bar Guesthouse in walking street, ( you can crawl home on hands and knees from FLB in 5 mins) and paid Baht 405 per day for 10 days. The bar is run by two great aussies (Bob and Roundy), has good clean rooms, good cheap western meals, lots of Poms, Aussies, Kiwis, Canuks, South Africans etc. Great golfing trips organised by Bob and Roundy and great info on Pattaya freely given.

Haven't heard of the Jan Bar & Guesthouse.

Had a look around a few sites but couldn't find any links.
