The place is nice,cozy,small.I think about 15 rooms. They have a.c. There is a pool.Good food. Nice staff. Close to beach road.   But they have outpriced themselves. They now charge 950 baht a night! If you like golf this is the place. There are alot of golfers. Loud. They dont care about the people that stay there. Some of the friends of the gentleman that runs the place are rude. Came close to taking 1 life. They had a party there one evening they shot off fireworks. Now in itself I dont mind. But when it is in a little court. It tends to get real loud. Especially when they shoot off rockets. There is some harley sounds frequently. Just around the corner from TQ1.   later    DOORMAN-S.F.

i stayed at the haven for the second time 20 feb its

cosy ok .great location,foods improved,staaf nice,i

had no problem with other guessts mainly cos i had no

connection ,dont play golf ,or ride a bike.if you play golf

you will love this place.no controll of guests at night just a securaty guard so no problem to bring 2 bgs back

i stayed in one of the lower rooms right by the pool

had no probs with noise BUT my room was a bit small

but it smelled musty and old and not good ,and the airco

did not clear it my clothes in the wardrobe also started to smell not really nice,at 950 baht i reckon the owner

needs to play less golf ,and take a bit more care of his

buisness,there is a new hotel next door just opend

i wrote a report for the hotel reviews about the sandy

spring hotel submitted it but it did not appear???

I got treated poorly by the desk clerk who screwed up my reservations and I checked out after one night.  Other friends have played "musical rooms" and were told to change rooms more than one time during a stay there.  That is total bull shit.  The prop apparently doesn't give a hoot if you choose to re-book for another tripl  It is very well located to the action, but I wouldn't go there again.
