It doesn't explicitly say but I guess it is a one bedroom unit with 2xACs.

Looks very new......

That is correct. Concealed aircon in both the bedroom and living room. It's building E and the unit was hardly lived in, I moved in less than a couple of weeks ago as first occupant this year. Here's the floorplan

Also, what are the yearly management fees

It's on the 6th floor, facing North. The management fees are 45 baht/sq.m. - 26000/year.

I took some pics of the small balcony, sorry for the bad weather this morning but gives you an idea. It's definitely not suitable for outdoor sex...

Just an observation - Is there any reason why your kitchen, bedroom and bathroom cabinets seem to be anchored to the walls rather than extending to the floor? seems to be a poor use of space :clueless

Personally, I'd be a bit concerned about that plot of land opposite your balcony- looks like it's big enough for another condo block :whistling:

As for the kitchen, don't have the answer, I'm afraid however I have no problems with the space, in fact quite like the setup. Love the anchor system for the sole reason that my toes are safe while cooking...

That's a tiny little balcony , you cold not swing a TG on there........, seriously though , i have seen so many of these condos with these tiny little balcony's

that are not fit for purpose , these developers need to re think these places , looking at your floor plan i would have made the bedroom smaller to fit in a longer / larger balcony......JMO .

Well, it;s good for smoke outside - if you're a smoker - or having a morning coffee. Also to hang your clothes to dry or growing plants. Better than nothing.
