Why not upload the pics to picassa, flickr, photo bucket, etc and then post a link. If it is a nice unit then at 75K per sqm sounds like a pretty decent deal. Good luck with the sale!

LOL! For Northshore try at least 100K now.

Going prices for new condos now are crazy, so at 75K it is decent.

I still think the best values are older re-sale units where you can still get units at 40-50K and refurbish them

Agreed there are some great deals about in decent blocks, I looked at Northshore and 100k a metre was the going rate...

Sorry for late posting the photos. I was travelling..Thanks a lot to all your comments anyhow.

The condition of my unit is considered new as i spent time there only 8 months (solo) or so, and later for a few days each time. Never rent it out.

I think the selling point of this condo to me was the building is 50 meters away from the sea which is lately I understand no further construction is allowed to this close. Sorry if I am mistaken. Love the morning with a a little sound of the wave though...

Secondly, the building is very quiet and peaceful. I had many times a great relax by the pool.

My unit is fully furnished while the selling price for an empty room is as the photo i took from the sell office. You can check it out..

Room layout and floor contributed to the price, everybody knows.

My room layout is the one next to the pent house where the entire room faced the sea. So the room layout further then mine I do not think with as great view as mine ....

Feel free to advise if you have any comment. I am not doing it as a business so really open to hear. thank you !
