HI  PATTAYA  FRIENDS

CAN  ANYONE  HELP  ME?

I  HAVE BOOKED  A  FLIGHT FOR  CHRISTMAS

I  HAVE  BEEN  TO  PATTAYA  7  TIMES  BEFORE

BUT  NEVER  LEFT  IT  THIS  LATE  

HAS  ANYBODY  GOT  ANY  IDEAS  WHERE  I  COULD  GET  A  ROOM  THIS  LATE

I  TRIED  FLIPPER  LODGE  AND  HOUSE  BUT  THEY  ARE  FULL

HOPE  THERES SOMEONE  WITH  AN  IDEA  FOR  ME

WILL  BE  AT  THE  FREELANCER  ON  MY  FIRST  NIGHT  THERE  

SO  ANY  HELP  WILL  BE  REWARDED  WITH  A  DRINK  OR  TWO

The Residence Garden will open a new hotel on Main Jomtien Beach Road between Silver Sand and Jomtien Garden in October.

24 Rooms and a large restaurant/pub.

All rooms will be airconditioned with king size beds, h/c water, 30 ch. TV. in-room safe, computer jack etc.

12 rooms with balcony and ocean view, and 12 with "garden view" 24 hour reception.

No pool, but the ocean is only 50 yards away.

Figure rate around 1,000 Baht/night incl. breakfast.

Rooms are good for 2 persons, so no extra charge for a guest.

Reservations accepted from 1st November, so if you find it difficult to book a Pattaya hotel in December - January, this may be an option for those, who dont have to be in Pattaya.

The hotels name is "Jomtien Boathouse"

If all else fails try Pattayrentaroom.com they have smalll rooms .even  if you book anywhere in Pattaya over Christmas there is no sure thing that your room is available (baht talks )
