Problems with Pattaya property developers

Recommended Posts

Please share problems with pattaya property developers and how to avoid them. thanks.

Maybe a good rule of thumb would be to never buy any real estate that doesn't already exist. Otherwise, you run the risk of someone running off with your deposit.

If you are open to the second hand market then you could avoid them.

An already completed building, and you can evaluate how the maintenance and administration is working out and even buy directly from an owner.

In the current market you should be able to get a good price. New and off-plan developments are still asking fantasy/tourist prices.

I have invested in Diamond Tower Pratmunak . I am sure there are many complaints on the above project which has been stalled and never initiated.
I am one of the victims/ investors in this project and have diligently made all my payments.
However there’s no update on the progress and no one is answering or responding to any calls.
I have made 70% of my payment and am now waiting with no idea what’s happening to the project or my money.

Just follow the golden rule - Never use REAL money to buy IMAGINERY property

Did you use 'IMAGINARY' on that similar thread?
