1. Man UTD

2. Man City

3. Chelski

4. Everton

Spurs are not buying, The wanky, flaky Arse supporters will ruin their club's chances (again) of acheiving anything with Wenger. Lukaku is gonna have a monster of a season. Rooney isn't but Everton will surprise..

I would agree with most of it but Spurs will be 3 or 4 if Kane stays healthy. Son came on last year. Alli is great. Eriksen is very good. They have the offense to compete but not sure the defense can get them to the top. Can they win on the road?

I do think Kukaku is going to have a great season for ManU, if Jose' doesn't get in his way.

Everton lost too much when Lukaku left. Rooney is no replacement at Everton. He is on the downhill side of his career.

The two best forwards are Lukaku and Kane and they are both youngsters.

It looked like Arsene Wenger lost the locker room last year. If that is so, Arsenal has no chance.

City has the best manager and good talent. They are at or near the top.

Chelsea should be good as well. I am not sure if they have enough to win it though.

Interesting that neither of us mention Liverpool.......

Sturridge, Lallana are good. Henderson is pretty good. James Milner a midfielder played defender last year and did OK. Not sold on Klopp as manager.

In reverse order finishes the last five years - 4th last year, 8th, 6th, 2nd and 7th. This team is a yo yo the past decade. They finished in the top four consecutively last in 2005-2006 through 2008-2009.

More years in the upper middle of the table than the top of the table of late. Two or three bad years and then a pretty good year.

I find it hard to get excited about them. Not sure who is new there. Will find that out starting the 11th.

Tonight I expect Arsenal to retain their position at the top of the League.....After that it'll be downhill all the way ....The first loss and the supporters will turn against Wenger again. It must create a horrible atmosphere in the changing room...

Hi,

Arsenal may do better than their fans hope this year. Most of the teams seem in a state of flux, with the exception of Arsenal and the 2 Manchester teams.Liverpool have Coutinho likely on the way out and Chelsea have sold Matic to United and Costa is on his way as well. I usually am a contrarian but think the bookies have it right this time. One of either Jose or Pep will be toast if they fail to win this year. I think Man City will win it.

Arsenal have a good squad. From what I remember of this morning's game was that the critical point was changing the defensive formation. I dare say that the anti-Wenger set of fans are angry that Wenger tried a new formation in the first place and the pro-Wenger fans will be praising the change because it led to a win..

Arsenal's season won't depend on usage of strikers or defensive tactics, it will be about the ratio of the two groups of fans one to t'other.... Either way I will enjoy watching it unfold...... a bit like voyeur porn really...

This has been a great start to the new season and I am really looking forward to tonight's games and am expecting 2 high scoring games.Could be 2 draws but more than likely Spurs and Man UTD will win...

I watched the Chelsea v Burnley game last night and thoroughly enjoyed it. Chelsea players seemed to begin with an air of "entitlement" to win. For me the game was split into 3 periods. The first period Chelsea were just blaming eachother, then they were blaming the ref and finally they just said fuck it and started getting on with the game but it was too late by then.... for sure they will recover but they will be vulnerable next game due to injuries and bans..... Luiz is a sly cheating fucker too...

United are looking good. Will this be the season where everything comes to fruition?

Yes, certainly a good start but it will depend on how they do against the other top teams.

Fellaini seems to be repaying his transfer fee, piecemeal.

How embarrassing for Arsenal. Aaron Ramsey, a defensive midfielder, is halfway up the pitch and paying no attention to the ball. Liverpool first goal. Ramsey screws up defensively on Liverpool's second goal. Ramsey sits out the second half.

Wenger has lost that team. He has lost the power of manager over players. Good players in suits and ties on the bench. Ramsey oblivious to what is going on on the pitch. Defensive breakdowns. Wenger should have gone at the end of last season.

There are three guys who are free at the end of the season and if Arsenal wants anything for them, they have until Thursday midnight.
