What is the distance from the edge of the pool table to the wall on all four sides?

1.28m minimum for wall-to-table, but the important distance wall-to-playing-area is 1.40m (55")

I respect the "minimum space requirement" for this oversized eight foot table.

(a small exception near the corner of the kitchen where a few cm are missing ;))

What an excellently presented advert.

Thanks a lot. B)

Care to post WHY your selling?

Mainly because of the size. Too big for me alone.

I bought it thinking it would be perfect for a couple, but that never happened and I am now no more interested in a permanent relationship...

But I DO like the location, and it's the reason why selling ONLY ONE of these 2 UNITS is an option ;)

So if you split it, are you keeping or selling the half with the bathroom? B)

I could sell/keep either of them, but yes a small renovation is required in this case. What is now the kitchenette in the other half was before a bathroom, and as no water arrival or evacuation has been destroyed (just "hidden") it should not be a big work to re-do a bathroom. ;)
