Pic from yesterday's hash run. The area is west of Rugby School Thailand. Large swaths of brush have been intentionally burned off throughout the area. No idea why the Thai do this as the areas they burned were not cropland. The area to the right in the pic below is one such area that had been set alight.

I have been curious about this also. Even up here the are small burns nothing to do with farming or lot clearing.

Seems it is starting a little early this year. did see where they are recommending n95 mask again.

I'm on the 20 floor of the Grand Caribbean resort,looking east.Today is the clearest it's been in 11 days.Also at 13:00 the traffic is the lightest it's been.
