Gentlemen, I hope that they finished most of the construction...or at least the drilling and pounding. I just paid my 50% deposit for 12 nights, which was strange because I've never had a hotel to require a 50% deposit. Perhaps they make people pay up front due to the construction noise. Thank you very much for your reply. This sounds like a great hotel. I love the soapies. Big C is good for food and I've picked up u a few free lancers from there. Also I plan on getting my share of ST BJs on Soi 6. So this hotel sounds like its at a great location; and should be very convenient for catching baht buses. They just offered me their low season standard room rate of 1,260 baht that includes a free American breakfast. However, they stated that their safes are behind the desk lobby, and did in the rooms. Has anyone stayed at the Best beach Villa Hotel? I only saw one review regarding this new Hotel. The pictures and location looks good. And its seem more convenient than the Residence Garden Hotel recommended by this forum. Man, Trust me on this....you will have a great time period!!! Most whites drop the pretences of race while hanging out in Pattaya.
