I'm due back in Pattaya for the 4th time in early November. Usually i stay at a hotel on 2nd Road called Central Place, which is the smaller sister if you like of Central Pattaya hotel. My mate has just been over and checked up on Central Place, and reckons it has not been cleaned in months so i'm in need of another place to stay. I like that end of town as its just out of ear shot of the early morning revellers but also close enough to walk the ten minutes into town. I'm looking at a max of 1000baht per night. Any ideas?
