There are 2 types of earwax. If you're a Farang, your probably have the wet type, while Asians have the dry type. Note the risks, but even if all goes well you may not benefit from it as much as a Thai would. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Earwax I did ear cleaning with an barber in SE Asia once, and while there were no bad effects, nothing positive came out of it either. Just the same stuffy feeling as before. Surely not worth the risk. Go to a proper ENT clinic.
