thnx again to soldat, such information is at last as useful as all the others. it opens ones mind a little to have close look to all surroundings. now --- as it seems as if you know thailand good and have a lot of experience .... would you recommend something special to newbies like me ? e.g. some special internet sites and some hints how to plan ? for me i decided so far to book a packaged tour for the 1st visit. so - i think - i can make my own picture of wahts going and how it is going on and i do ot have the muddle to plan where to go and so on ..... what you thing. h

:) hi again, thanks for thos promising answers 8) at the moment it is getting more and mor clear that i may visit in late april/beginnig of may. yes - some freinds told me that weather would not be that fine - however who cares. it´ll be my first trip as said and reading these mails and some more on the boards i will ealize the plan and com to pattaya - maybe jomtien. one thing is for sure - i visit the flb and introduce myself and look forward meeting some of you there . so far for that rainer p.s.: any german member here at the board to chat or exchange mail

hi, thats great ... quite a lot of discussion on the topic. however... you are talking detailed on pattaya . well ok , thats topic here. but ehat i wanted to know: is pattaya the best place for a first timer travelling to thayland ? or would you recommend for example koh samui. this not only for relaxing but also having fun with beautiful ladies. regards okulyt

thanks mats, :) it is really a pitty he isnt out there at them moment. at least he was not only focusing on bkk or pattay .... he also had some useful ibfo bout koh samui etc..... do you or anyone else now any good site describing the nightlife there in a m ore detialed way .. regards to you and all okulyt
