Can anyboyd point in the right direction for a good deal on a ticket from Dubai to BKK early August? Prices seem to have gone crazy. Mostly what I am seeing is around $1200 which is considerably higher than normal. My partner is leaving in two weeks and his flight was only $800 on Emirates. Flights to Manila are actually cheaper and its a 3 hour longer flight, go figure?

Can anybody give me the highs and lows of the East Sea Resort? How far is it from the Walking street area, is a baht bus close by or any other help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

Anybody stayed at the Nirvana Place Hotel? Saw it on www.agoda.com and the rooms look incredible, about $74 USD but really looks great. 1) How's the place overall 2) do you know if there's an extra joiner fee for more than 1 girl 3) how far is this place from Walking Street. Thanks in advance

I know this has already been addressed but after I have did numerous searches I am more confused then ever. What I am looking for is a nice hotel in the heart of the action or real close. Would prefer a nice pool and close to the bus line. I will only have 7 days on my virgin tour of Pattaya so I dont want to do a lot of hotel jumping if you know what i mean. I am open on price, more worried about a good location and a kick ass room with a pool then anything. BTW, will arrive the end of January.
