  2. To answer a few questions raised, yes i have a car, i visit down Pattaya way atleast once every 10 days or so as it breaks the boredom of Bangkok. I did, only yesterday drive arround for a good few hours in the residential areas looking for signs and ringing them. I would have found 20-30 homes that looked like prospective places for me to reside for the next few years, i called the number and believe it or not every one of them were linked to a realestate agent. Even when a thai answered the phone i put my wife on who told me directly that the house was also linked through an agent as when sh
  3. under the 30,000 Baht range. Would go for partly furnished but then it raises the question, where do i put my furniture? or the house needs to include an extra room so some furniture could be stored.
  4. Can anyone help. I currently live in Bangkok with my Thai wife whome i married 6 months ago. She is due to have our first child (Her 2nd and my 3rd) in about 10 days.
