hello there, im thinking of traveling to thailand early jan for 6 weeks, am loking to rent a studio W/ cooking facilities in patts for at least 4 of the six weeks. i have done some internet scouring and am looking at the view talay apprtments,1, 2, 3, 5! any information on these places? is the location good for nightlife and also beach amenities etc? i dont really want to spend more than about 22k bhat for the month and less would be ideal! when would i have to reserve by to guarantee a place there? how does it usually work regarding reservations? would i have to pay for the lot up front from
