Thanks for the response RB. Actually they don't have copies online. They will sell copies for $5.00 but you must send a check to Bangkok via post and then wait for 30-45 days to receive a copy :-) I was hoping to get a copy a little before that time. :-) Thanks again for your suggestion. -
