All, This is a general question for all of the expat bar owners out there. I am wondering how they went about owning a bar/club in Thailand. What were the costs? Did you go in as a partner (and if so where did you find a partner)? What are the legalities? How difficult is the process? I am very interested in getting involved in this business so any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks --greg--

I am thinking about staying at the Pattaya Dynasty Inn later this year. I have been looking for reviews about this place but the ones I find seem to be a bit old. Does anybody have any recent info or pics on this place? I am worried that it may be a bit dirty/run-down. thanks
