any idea what documents I will need for each utility, as I need it back on asap and do not want the usual back and fro AND how long does it take once I pay the cash to turn all back on

I have been away for about a year and as my funds ran out in my Thai account and the direct debits failed my utilities were cut off. Electric/water/internet This happened a few years ago and I was made pay the arrears and the forthcoming 3 months before they turned me back on. (Even though I was cut off) (I've forgotten what I had to do & where I went to sort it out) what is the best procedure for getting them back on without paying the earth.? What will I need to have and where do I need to go ? Thanks "In advance" :)
