Are the rental asking prices "etched in stone" or will landlords consider a counter offer??? I am sure there are many vacant rentals in Pattaya! Can you get a 22000 baht rent down to 18000 or NO WAY, JOSE!! ???

I do not live in Thailand and a local will know better, where are the good, vlean, safe places to live. AN ad in the paper will NOT tell you that! ???

??? Can anyone recommend a furnished 2 bedroom condo, apartment or townhouse in a family residential area of Pattaya at around 14000 to 16000 Baht per month? Thanks

Just stayed there for two days Oct 17 to 19. Big room good free breakfast, nice view, guest friendly and very good aircon. NO COMPLAINTS and you can walk to the BIG C mall and Planet Rock is in the back, 2 blocks behind teh hotel

I will arrive in BKK on 10-15, staying at the Narai (Gr8 Hotel) in Silom, Will leave BKK for Pattaya on 10-17 around 9 AM. anybody going to Pattaya that day, we can make arraingements to hire limo or whatever and share costs. Staying at the Mark-Land in Pattaya.

Leaving from Pattaya to Bangkok / airport on Oct 19th at 6:30 AM (American Time) Anyone need to get to the airpport or BKK early that day, then let me know. Thanks ruizphd@aol.com
