Pattaya travel agent scam. Theft with impunity, Joy Travel, Soi 8 (and about ten other names and Jomtien). Transfered from Bangkok Bank to SBC bank as instructed by thier agent, a week later never recieved air ticket. I phoned and was told "oh the lady left" and took your money and 100,000 of his money!
