Thats racist in a way as it suggests that genetics overrules all cultural learning and that is of course bollocks. Thais are the way they are due mainly to evolution of trans generational traits not genetic traits. Same as we all are. Although genetic traits produce genotype they only have a small role in phenotype if this wasnt the case people wouldnt be so flexible in evolutionary terms and in fact they are.
