Hello. I have had a bad experience with this company as they used inferior tiles when they built my pool. Many are breaking and the entire pool had to have all of the tiles replaced. In the United States we have The Better Business Bureau and one can write to them complaining about various companies. Does anyone know if there is such a thing in Thailand? I have written to the company, but no response yet. Thanks Ben
