Hi, Just wondering what the realist monthly price would be on an average 2 or 3 bedroom house in Pattaya (Pattaya area)? I have seen so many varied prices quoted on the internet sites. Can anyone with actual on the ground experience give me some feedback on the realistic costs and pro's and cons. Would be thinking of paying 10-15K a month for a house, realistic or not? And how do all the ancillery costs work, like power and water, and what happens to ur deposit. Have heard its rarely given back. Thanx
