For example a net of PVC pipes had been installed under foudations and concrete plate for make easy and quick the treatment. We used red bricks and Sheera (cement fiber) for enclose all at the ground floor. On wooden construction all walls are made by double layer for allow a simply and safe treatment stating by top. So I would like to say the treatment is necessary almost every two years but easy and cheap 'cause the buiding is already predisposed.
