Would like to know if anyone stayed at the Century Pattaya Hotel. I believe its on Pattaya Road where Topps store is. It was hard to find hotels for the end of this month and I was able to get a TG to find me a room there. Would appreciate any comments.

Has anyone stayed at the Suger Hut resort? I'm looking to take my Thai lady to a lovely place and was hoping for any comments about it. Also, we are planning to taking a to Chiang Mai and would appreciate any recommendations for beautiful romantic resorts up that way.

The only price I found under 1000 dollars was on Eva departing on the 28th,29th of December. It was the economy seating prices at $812.00. I'm not patient enough to wait til the 29th. This will be my first time riding in the Deluxe section with Eva and I look forward to it. The arrival time is great. I arrive 11am. When it comes time of departure, I depart at noon time. I just priced a ticket for May in the economy level and Eva is asking 730.00 not including the tax. I will say that the more I go to Thailand the hardest it is coming back. For what this might be worth.. Spent the entire summer in Pattaya and been home for four weeks and had the Pattaya blues. For the last four weeks I've been checking airfares going to Pattaya from N.Y. around x-mas vacation. The lowest fare I was able to find was $1052 on Orbitz. I booked a flight for the 26th of Dec. on Eva airlines. Eva has been sold out from the 19th-26th of Dec. for the last several weeks and this afternoon around 4:30pm there was an opening on the 26th. There was an opening for economy seating for 812.00 as well as evergreen deluxe for 1071.00. I booked the delux

I was in Pattaya for x-mas and last week my cc company called saying that charges were being made from Australia in the last several weeks. They canceled my card and issued me another card. This is the first time this happen to me in the last 3 times I've been to Pattaya over a span of 2 years. It was a wake up call! I used it at the CD wharehouse, a gem shop on walking st. and at the hotel. This time if I use my credit card, I will cancel it once I arrive home and get a new card. I too would like to see their expression on their face!!

Just came across a new discount airfare site. www.flights.com. Usually, I book through orbitz. Coming to Thailand in May and thinking about canceling my flight with Eva since it connects in Taiwan so I've been seeing what I could do compensate. Hope these sites help!
