Best way to travel to Hua Hin from Pattaya

[glow=red,2,300]Thank you for your ideas. I figure the most practical way would be to go with either the taxi or the bus (but I dread the long rides on the public buses). The air route sounded good except for the prohibitive prices. I'm not much into long rough sea boat rides. I know the nightlife isn't much to brag about in Hua Hin, but I just wanted to visit other resort areas in Thailand. [/glow] -
